Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  3. Handle every query politely and courteously, exceeding guest expectations.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
  5. Be aware of guest profiles through the Opera guest profile system.
  6. Maintain the guest wake-up call sheet and deliver calls on time and to standard.
  7. Ensure proper operation of the switchboard for fast and efficient call transfers.
  8. Take messages for guests and management as per standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
  2. Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  3. Additional languages are an advantage.
  4. Energetic and enthusiastic with attention to detail.
