Job description

Provide courteous telephone service, manage calls efficiently, maintain hotel information, and possess strong communication skills in English and Arabic.

Telephone Operators must provide excellent customer service, manage calls efficiently, and possess strong communication and IT skills, preferably with additional language proficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Handling customer queries as a Telephone Operator, requiring strong customer service and communication skills.
  2. Ensuring adherence to brand standards, managing telephone communications, handling guest requests, and maintaining positive relationships.
  3. Answering calls, assisting guests, managing reservations, and maintaining communication records.
  4. Responding to guest inquiries, delivering messages, and ensuring customer service excellence.
  5. Maintaining effective communication with departments and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  6. Overseeing Call Centre operations, ensuring luxury service standards, resolving guest queries, training staff, and maintaining accurate reports.
  7. Operating telephone systems, requiring good communication skills and relevant experience.
