Telemarketing Director

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the telemarketing strategy to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing telemarketing team focused on client acquisition and retention.
- Set clear KPIs and performance targets for the team, ensuring they meet or exceed objectives.
- Ensure telemarketing scripts and sales pitches align with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
- Monitor call quality and provide feedback to enhance client communication and engagement.
- Work closely with the sales teams to convert leads into active traders.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on telemarketing performance and business impact.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the Forex (FX) / CFD trading industry.
- Proven experience leading and managing telemarketing or sales teams in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and optimize strategies for better performance.
- Proficiency in CRM and lead management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Sales Management or Financial Markets are a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (such as Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, or Hindi) are advantageous.
