Duties & Responsibilities

1. Prepares, develops, and issues telecommunication technical specifications.
2. Develops and issues material requisitions, evaluates bidders' quotations, develops bid tabulation, and issues final technical evaluation reports.
3. Participates in suppliers' quality surveillance missions.
4. Prepares and reviews the original issue of project design basis telecommunication installation drawings and arrangements of telecommunication equipment.
5. Reviews and comments on all applicable suppliers' documents including drawings, calculations, data sheets, and other specified catalogue data. Obtains comments from the customer and relevant Company disciplines, and submits composite comments to the suppliers.
6. Supervises all technical activities related to wired, wireless telecommunication, and security & multimedia systems.
7. Supervises procurement activities related to wired, wireless, and security & multimedia systems material requisitions, reviews relevant Company discipline documents, and communicates comments to concerned personnel.
