Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with completed certificate mandatory.
• English communication is mandatory.
• Open to Arabic and non-Arabic speakers.
• Willing to relocate anywhere within the UAE.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Age 30 years or below, subject to age verification.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell telecom products, services, plans, and packages at franchise outlets.
• Approach customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and offers clearly.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Complete sales documentation and transactions accurately.
• Follow company and Etisalat/e& policies and procedures.
