Job summary

Pixcom Energy LLC is seeking a Telecom Project Coordinator in Abu Dhabi to support telecom and IoT projects. You will manage projects from initiation to delivery, coordinate with EPC contractors and vendors, and ensure timely, compliant execution.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential in this role. The position also involves preparing pre-qualification documents, maintaining records, and providing regular updates to leadership, with a focus on business development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in telecom/engineering project coordination (preferred).
Strong knowledge of project management, documentation, and tender processes.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Manage and monitor telecom/engineering projects from initiation to delivery.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with standards.
