Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate telecalling or related field (outbound calling, sales, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident in handling international clients across time zones.
• Organized, proactive and target-driven with a pleasure phone manner.
• Familiarity with basic CRM or call tracking tools (or willingness to learn).
