Job summary

White Spot Facilities Management Services LLC is seeking a proactive telecalling and sales professional to join our Dubai team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails to generate bookings for cleaning, maintenance, and AMC services.

You will contact potential and existing customers, follow up on leads, and coordinate with operations to confirm service details, while meeting assigned targets. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a call centre environment.
• Male candidate preferred due to rotational and late-night shift coverage.
• Strong spoken and written English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
• Previous experience in home services, facilities management, or a similar service-based business is preferred.
• Confident in handling sales conversations, customer complaints, and multiple communication channels.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts based on operational requirements.
