Tele Sales Executive – Joinery

Job Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote joinery services and products
2. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
3. Build and maintain a strong client database and follow up on leads
4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
5. Coordinate with the production and estimation team for technical support and quotations
6. Handle client inquiries and ensure excellent customer service
7. Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in the joinery, interior design, or construction sector
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Ability to understand technical details of joinery products
4. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
