Conduct outbound calls to all targeted data and generate leads based on the required parameters.
Achieve delegate acquisition sales target in volume and in value.
Collaborate with local, regional societies and media partners to expand reach and get more visibility for each of the events.
Process registration data for each event and report to Project Leads for verification and progress on new data collected/updated.
Engage a wider audience for any given community and inspire them to join the meeting.
Ensure proper delegation of calling tasks to telecallers.
Ensure weekly updates and announcements of flyers, promotions and Program Highlights are posted on all platforms.
Manage Database for all Email and SMS campaigns going out for all INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions event data.
Coordinate with IT Team for all Conferences and Exhibitions event setup in maestro.
Ensure that Onsite Delegate email & SMS Reminder timelines are followed for all events.
Maintain weekly reporting to Team/Client on the overall progress in terms of Delegate Sales.
Coordinate with Team to ensure the onsite plan and timeline is met.
Record daily activity in the CRM system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication and great phone skills.
Proven 1-2 years of sales experience.
Determination and ability to spot delegate business opportunities.
