Sturdy Products UAE Ltd, based in RAK Free Trade Zone, is a leading manufacturer of rotationally moulded plastic products. Established in the GCC region since 2006, it is the market leader in rotational moulding in the UAE. Its sister company, Sturdy Products Ltd, based in Ireland, has been in business for 45 years.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Telesales Executive. The role involves marketing our products across the GCC region. Responsibilities include generating sales, increasing revenue through phone sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships with existing clients.

This is an individual contributor role within our “Business Development” team, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

Our products are used across various industries such as construction, airports, hotels, and laundries, and are recognized as market leaders in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Refer prospects to the field sales team when necessary
  • Update customer information in the database
  • Accurately process orders
  • Handle grievances to protect the company's reputation
  • Exceed sales targets and foster future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales activities

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of telesales experience; energetic freshers are also considered
  • Proactive with effective communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with the UAE market and culture is preferred
  • Applicants must reside in Ras Al Khaimah
  • This is a freelance position; candidates must have their own visa
  • Only Filipino females aged 25-35 will be considered
