Job Description

• Make outbound calls to leads and prospects from the database
• Promote real estate projects and generate interest among potential buyers
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions and statuses
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience
• Real estate experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; other languages like Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are a plus
• Proficient in using CRM software and basic office tools
• Must hold a freelance or sponsored visa
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and professional
