Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz is seeking a Project Manager – Technology Systems in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to plan, coordinate and successfully deliver technology projects across the MEA region. The role welcomes early-career professionals with a strong technical foundation, commercial awareness and leadership ambition.

Initial responsibilities include managing defined workstreams under guidance, advancing to independent ownership of complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Information Technology or a comparable technical discipline.
• A qualification or certification in project management is advantageous but not mandatory.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project engineering, systems engineering, technical operations or project management.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and control of project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, milestones and quality objectives.
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and follow up on agreed actions, deliverables, dependencies and deadlines.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, schedules, risk registers, action logs and status reports.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks or deviations promptly.
• Support the timely delivery and acceptance of integrated hardware, software and communications-system projects.
