• Develop long-term professional customer relationships with existing, new, and defined clients to develop a new customer database. • Conduct sales demo, technical, and pre-sales presentations to customers. • Conducting site visits to better understand customer requirements and assisting with both product specification and customized requirements. • Collaborate with the existing sales team and mutually agree upon a schedule to visit and perform the monthly customer visit cycle. • Prepare and deliver customer sales quotes and liaise between clients and the support team to quickly resolve issues. • Able to assist the organization’s sales and growth effort by contributing to new customer acquisition. He or she should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients • Maintain excellent relationships and after-sales support to build mutual confidence in line with the agreed business strategy. • Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the target markets agreed by the line manager. • Identify and build a long-term active pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new ones. • Make cold calls for new business leads and keep prospective client databases updated. • Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. • Develop, and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations, in line with Company standards. Generate tenders and relevant document preparation, using internal technical resources • Keep up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends • Utilize marketing resources to drive account retention and growth. • Liaise regularly with the Management to ensure they are fully updated on all sales activities and potential new business opportunities • Deal promptly and professionally with all pre-qualifications / Tenders / Projects and arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree. Years of Experience • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience within the Technology industry, preferably within the B2B sector. • Proven track record of sales achievements and meeting/exceeding targets. Nature of Experience • Experience in the GCC region, combined with a background in trading companies and a focus on the HORECA, Corporate sectors, is considered an advantage. Other Skills / requirement • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Excellent knowledge of the technology industry. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. • Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Willingness and ability to travel 30% international and/ or domestic. • Fluent in English language, Hindi/ Urdu/ Arabic is an added advantage
