Job Responsibilities

Develop framework to align Technology decisions to the Business Strategy and organization culture.

1. Responsible to streamline, optimize, maintain & update Technology Department processes and documentation. Develop/Update Technology processes for Cloud Readiness.
2. Optimize and manage central repository, enable process modeling notation, BPMN inline to environment.
3. Align the Technology processes and standards with International Standards and National Regulations including but not limited to ISO27001, ISO9001, ISO2000, PCI-DSS, and NESA.
4. Maintain the respective IMS certifications.
5. Manage and drive Technology Governance performance measurement.
6. Ensure generation, review and delivery in a timely and accurate way of periodic reports for the department performance.
7. Manage and deliver Technology Governance and Performance related assigned projects.
8. Ensure Information security awareness eLearning trainings; Awareness sessions on specific Technology processes are conducted for all Technology staff.
