As a Technology Experience Specialist - GenAI & iXR, you will work on immersive and GenAI solutions from concept to delivery, collaborating with Technical Product Owners, Technology Partners, and Developers to design intelligent, interactive, and immersive experiences that meet business needs and exceed user expectations. You will ensure all solutions are intuitive, productive, and aligned with emerging technology trends. The Technology Experience Specialist ensures experience designs are informed by user research, industry standards, and best practices across digital and spatial interfaces. You will collaborate with development and external 3D designers to ensure design fidelity and engaging experiences for our employees and customers on these immersive platforms. You should have expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, and 3D modelling software for immersive and AI-powered experiences.

In This Role, You Will

• Work with a cross-functional team to deliver user research, visual prototypes, and usability testing.
• Drive adoption of the Experience Design playbook across Technical Product Management, Architecture, and Development teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and methods related to experience design.
• Participate in and facilitate design thinking workshops and training sessions.
• Deliver the user experience for all non-customer-facing products, from concept creation to post-launch analysis.
• Act as a product advocate to users, highlighting its value and usability.
• Ensure products have baseline usability measures for benchmarking and improvement.
• Incorporate research and analysis into experience design principles.
• Work closely with the Scrum Team to develop user stories based on discovery insights.

Qualifications

This Job Might Be For You If You Have

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience in IT Architecture, User Experience Design, and Interaction Design
• Background in Human Factors, Psychology, Design, or related fields
• Experience in product/project delivery from design to launch (a plus)
• Experience facilitating design thinking workshops and storytelling
• Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts effectively
• Expertise in software supporting presentations (e.g., Visio, Fireworks, Adobe Suite, Sketch, InVision, Figma)
