Job summary

Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions in Islamic banking environments. You will lead cross-functional teams, translate complex requirements into actionable plans, and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles to ensure timely delivery.

Focus areas include Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, and Regulatory systems, with strong vendor management and multi-stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Certification in Islamic Banking or Finance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams fostering collaboration between business analysts, developers, QA and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control and closure ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee technical design and architecture discussions ensuring solutions are scalable, robust and meet business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience leading banking technology projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects within Islamic Banking environments.
• Experience working with Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Lending, and Regulatory systems.
• Strong exposure to vendor management and multi-stakeholder environments.

Technical Skills

• Banking Applications and Core Banking Platforms.
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• API integrations and system interfaces.
• Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage
