Job summary

Showcify, Inc. is seeking a senior Project Lead to drive large-scale wealth management implementations within a multi-entity banking environment in Abu Dhabi.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across vendors, internal IT, and regulatory interfaces to deliver end-to-end technology solutions. The role requires extensive experience in wealth management programs, strong governance skills, and fluency with Swiss and UAE compliance expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Banking and Wealth Management experience.
• 5+ years in Wealth Transformation or Private Banking implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale and multi-entity project implementation.
• Drive solution design workshops translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate vendor implementation teams.
• Drive delivery governance, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks.
• Oversee integrations across portfolio management, custody, trading, CRM, payments, market data, onboarding, and regulatory systems.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Experience in compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements including FINMA, AML, TAX reporting.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Main duties and day-to-day tasks expected from the resource

• Lead & Manage Large Scale and multi entity Project Implementation – preferably wealth projects
• Drive solution design workshops and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate vendor implementation teams
• Drive delivery governance, reporting, and issue resolution
• Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks
