Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution.

Do

1. Bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise:

• Drive end-to-end process for new business implementation projects, from business requirement management to integration, configuration, and production deployment.
• Assess the feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines.
• Support the solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing, to implementation.
• Understand functional and technical designs and architecture for ERP systems.
• Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and deployment.
• Implement business processes and ERP technology to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop code adhering to standards, decide on implementation methodology.
• Provide product support and maintenance, resolving technical issues.
• Create automation tools to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
• Bridge technical and functional requirements, advising clients and teams accordingly.
• Support on-site managers and provide off-site support as needed.

2. Skill upgradation and competency building:

• Complete Wipro exams and certifications to upgrade skills.
• Attend training and seminars to enhance knowledge.
• Publish papers, articles, case studies on the intranet.

Performance Parameters

Measurement of contribution to projects, process automation, skill development, including metrics like quality, SLA adherence, tickets resolved, and certifications completed.

Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow Service Portal. Experience: >10 YEARS.
