Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically sound Techno-Commercial Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Data Center Infrastructure and Structured Cabling segment. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strong sales acumen to deliver customized solutions, manage client relationships, and close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data center and structured cabling domain. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users.
- Technical Sales & Consulting: Provide technical consultation to clients, including solution design, product selection, and system configuration. Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and technical presentations/demos.
- Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, RFQs, and BOQs. Ensure alignment of offered solutions with client requirements and industry standards.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Assist in technical clarifications and compliance documentation during pre- and post-sales phases.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong understanding of Structured Cabling Systems (Copper & Fiber). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Self-driven with a customer-first mindset and target-oriented approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 3–7 years of experience in a similar techno-commercial role in the structured cabling or data center domain.
