Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician Supervisor to lead and oversee the technical team in delivering top-tier automotive services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a hands-on technical background, and the ability to ensure high-quality service delivery across a range of automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the technical team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of automotive systems and components, including electrical, mechanical, and specialized parts.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and technical workflows.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and specialized installations.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse technical team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
