Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE
The job holder is responsible for working with the Unit Manager / Team Leader to ensure that all equipment and rides are maintained regularly as per the preventive maintenance schedule and repairs are resolved promptly.
DO — Key Responsibilities
Operational Standards and Management
Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as per the schedule prepared in line with the equipment manual.
Conduct breakdown maintenance in a prompt manner to keep downtime to a minimum.
Maintain a fault record to monitor the downtime of the outlet.
Provide requirements for spare parts needed to attend to calls.
Proper management of spare parts stock to minimize downtime.
Keep all tools in properly maintained condition.
Ensure maintenance is carried out with calibrated instruments wherever required.
Train outlet teams for proper usage of equipment/rides.
Analyze faults and take necessary corrective action to avoid any recurrence of problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-5 years of experience in the Leisure/Retail/Hospitality Industry, preferably with multi-site management experience.
