About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Technician (Plumber) to join the POMEC team in Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • Review and understand plumbing complaints, bring relevant tools to site, assess and repair issues as needed
  • Conduct repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance on plumbing fixtures and systems
  • Respond politely to inquiries, provide plumbing-related information, and resolve issues promptly
  • Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and corrective work assignments as directed
  • Use proper materials from the engineering store and record all collections accurately
  • Keep logs of all tasks done, report damages outside scope to team leaders with recommended solutions

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • One or two years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; experience in the UAE is desirable.
  • Secondary education required; vocational certification and trade qualification preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in trade, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and building systems.
  • Proficient in English, able to work independently and adapt to diverse environments.
