Job description

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of various workshop equipment’s such as servo – drive system, automated welding, cutting equipment’s etc.
• Power units’ electro mechanical system repair, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain housekeeping of work place at required standards.
• Ensure appropriate use of tools and machinery, preventing excessive wear and tear and breakdowns.
• Report any malfunction of tools and machinery to immediate supervisor.
• Take initiative to pursue self-development through on-job-training / education.
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Work within allocated timescale to meet department targets
• Attend any training for any activity required by the department.
• Maintain good housekeeping in all work areas.

Qualification & Experience / Skills

• ITI electronics with minimum 3 year’s experience.
• Experience in mechanical, hydraulic with electrical experience
• Electro-Mechanical with Soft Ware Experience (PLC).
• Knowledge and Experience in ship repair and new building yard.
