Job Summary

Perform basic installation tasks for audiovisual projects, including but not limited to pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting projects, and metal fabrication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform installation tasks for audiovisual projects, including pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting projects, and metal fabrication.
2. Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
3. Use hand and power tools to solder and crimp connectors, along with various other AV systems-related tasks.
4. Assist with basic mechanical fabrication and rack wiring.
5. Travel to various job sites as required.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

1. Effectively communicate with employees, customers, and colleagues.
2. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
3. Work and think independently to meet deadlines.
4. Basic computer knowledge.
5. Minor programming capabilities (AMX/Creston) for changes and troubleshooting.

Education and/or Experience

1. Formal education in Electronics or a related field preferred.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
3. Valid Driver's License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets AVI-SPL Driving Privileges standards.
