We are a growing company in the Apparel and Non-Apparel machinery industry, specializing in sewing machines and related equipment. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technician (Sewing Machine) to join our team and take on technical responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair industrial and domestic sewing machines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and calibration of machines.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on machine usage.
• Maintain accurate service reports and spare parts usage records.
• Support the sales team with technical expertise when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate or equivalent.
• Proven hands-on experience with industrial and domestic sewing machines.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally for on-site service and installation.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
