Job description

  • Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops, mobile devices, and smartwatches.
  • Identify and resolve hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Repair or replace damaged components (screens, batteries, charging ports, buttons, etc.).
  • Perform soldering or micro-soldering to fix small components on circuit boards.
  • Retrieve data (photos, contacts, files) from malfunctioning or damaged devices.
  • Test devices to ensure functionality and perform quality checks to meet industry standards.
  • Maintain and organize replacement parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Document repairs, including work performed, parts used, and customer details.
  • Stay updated on the latest device models, technologies, and repair techniques.
  • Repair or replace broken parts in watches and clocks using specialized tools.
  • Perform accuracy testing and adjustments using electronic instruments.
  • Estimate repair costs and appraise timepiece values.
  • Fabricate custom parts and perform regular maintenance on timepieces.
