Job Title: Technician (Installations & Operations)

Location: Sharjah, UAE (Northen Emirates)

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract (Extendable based on performance and project availability)

Working Hours: 6 days a week, 1 day off; 8-hour duty (within a 24-hour rotational shift)

Salary: AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and hands-on Technician (Installations & Operations) to support our ongoing installation and commissioning projects in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fire alarm systems, CCTV installation, and control systems, with a strong background in electrical or mechanical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and maintain fire alarm systems, CCTV cameras, and control systems at client/project sites.
  • Ensure all installations are carried out in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance as required.
  • Assist in system commissioning and provide operational support during handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, repairs, and inspections.
  • Coordinate with project supervisors and site engineers for smooth execution.
  • Follow safety protocols and site procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2.5 to 4 years in a similar role, preferably in fire alarm systems, CCTV, or control engineering.
  • Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in low voltage systems (fire alarms, CCTV, etc.)
  • Ability to read technical diagrams, wiring schematics, and installation manuals.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Additional Information:

  • This is a site-based role requiring physical activity and occasional work in outdoor or high-temperature environments.
  • Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts and extended hours based on project needs.
  • Contract is for 6 months, with possible extension depending on performance and project availability.
