Key Responsibilities

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities on store equipment, machinery, and facilities according to established maintenance plans.
• Carry out corrective maintenance and repair work to restore the functionality of store assets and equipment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify potential faults, deterioration, or maintenance requirements.
• Support the efficient operation of store facilities by responding promptly to maintenance issues.
• Follow established maintenance procedures and technical instructions when performing assigned tasks.

Equipment Inspection and Technical Reporting

• Monitor the condition and functionality of store assets to identify potential operational problems.
• Report equipment malfunctions, technical faults, and maintenance concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate identified maintenance issues clearly to support timely corrective action.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, activity logs, and documentation of completed work.
• Record relevant information about inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs.

Service Provider Coordination

• Coordinate with external maintenance service providers when required to support facility and equipment maintenance activities.
• Follow up on maintenance work carried out by external contractors to support compliance with applicable maintenance contracts.
• Communicate maintenance requirements and technical concerns to the appropriate internal teams and service providers.
• Support coordination of maintenance activities to minimize disruption to daily hypermarket operations.

Health, Safety and Operational Compliance

• Follow company health and safety requirements when conducting maintenance and repair activities.
• Comply with established operational standards, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety instructions.
