Job summary

Rixos Premium Dubai JBR is seeking a skilled Carpenter to execute carpentry work across the complex to the highest professional standards. You will work independently, manage stock, and follow emergency procedures to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Carpentry, a minimum of 3 years in a similar role, and good English communication. This is a full-time position with hotel benefits and opportunities for growth within the property.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate in Carpentry.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Should be able to communicate well in English.

Responsibilities

• Executes all carpenting and associated work to the highest professional standards for the whole complex.
• Performs the tasks assigned to him and ensures their implementation while working independently.
• Acts on issues and concerns in his activity field immediately.
• Must be able to control the stocks and other items in his workshop and order more as required.
• Abides to the daily task and ensures timely implementation.
• Checks extra needs of a guest.
• Ensures oneself is thoroughly familiar with the hotel’s emergency procedures and in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.
• Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist in Task Force Teams for new openings
• Carry out any other reasonable task (which may not be stated here) as requested.
