Job summary

TWMA, the world’s drilling waste specialist, is seeking an Operations Team Leader to supervise offshore and onshore personnel, ensure competency standards, and drive performance improvements. You will coordinate with site leaders to optimise crew deployment and maintain high safety and efficiency across operations.

You will lead training and competency activities, manage logistics, and report on workforce readiness and KPI progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant industrial discipline or equivalent technical qualification.
• Evidence of continued development in a Management role (E).
• Experience in operational leadership within energy/oil & gas sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage tasks within stipulated time frames.
• Lead offshore/onshore teams to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with site and operations managers to meet project demand.
