We are seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer / SL3 Application Owner to join our TechOps team. This role involves investigating and resolving technical issues related to our ecosystem (Binance.com, Mobile Apps, etc.) and collaborating closely with Customer Support, internal Dev/Infra teams, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and handle urgent escalations from customers or users in a high-transaction environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders including customers, product managers, developers, and management.
  • Analyze service tickets, identify root causes, draft RCA reports, and follow up on system improvements.
  • Coordinate with global product and developer teams on releases, iterations, and roadmaps.
  • Prioritize multiple incidents and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching, training, and documentation for support processes.
Requirements:
  • 4-8+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer, SL3 Engineer, Application Owner, or TechOps Engineer.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and systematic approach to troubleshooting.
  • At least 3 years of Unix/Linux experience with shell scripting.
  • Minimum 2 years of database experience (Oracle, MySQL).
  • At least 2 years supporting web or app projects, with knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, Web Services, TCP/IP, Linux/Unix.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and coding standards.
  • Experience with application debugging and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with technical support processes and escalation management.
  • Passion for solving complex customer issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical presentations and discussions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related fields.
  • Background in Software Development is a plus.
