Job Opening: Technical Support Engineer – Procash Application

We have an urgent requirement for a Technical Support Engineer – Procash Application for our banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Requirements:
  1. Experience in providing Level 2/3 technical support for the Procash application is MUST.
  2. The first round involves an online test on Gorilla lasting 1.5 hours. Only candidates prepared for this test should apply.
  3. Banking domain experience is highly preferred.
Role Overview:

We seek a skilled and proactive Technical Support Engineer to deliver exceptional support for the Procash application. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Kony (Temenos Infinity) development, Java, and mobile application technologies. Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless application performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Level 2/3 technical support, ensuring quick incident resolution and root cause analysis.
  2. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and UAT environments.
  3. Work extensively on applications built with Kony (Temenos Infinity) platform—identify, debug, and resolve mobile and backend issues.
  4. Analyze Java backend services and APIs for performance, integration, and errors.
  5. Monitor application logs, alerts, and metrics to proactively identify issues.
  6. Maintain detailed documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using tools like ServiceNow or JIRA.
  7. Participate in application deployments and post-release support activities.
  8. Assist QA and Development teams in defect replication and resolution.
  9. Continuously improve support processes and share knowledge through documentation and training.
