Role: Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced (Tier 3) technical support, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of issues.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams for efficient issue management.
• Work with backend developers to troubleshoot code issues and assist in development tasks.
• Design and implement automation tools to streamline operations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base content.
• Act as liaison during critical incidents, working with development teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure platform stability.
• Explore new technologies and best practices to improve support efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, software development, or SRE roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in large-scale trading and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with HTTP, TCP/IP, web technologies.
• Proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Skills in Java, Python, or Rust.
• Experience with MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
