ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will have to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for technical support of various of products in the region, providing rapid solution support to the tier 1 service team, and improving the resolution ratio of technical issues for the tier 1 team;
  • Responsible for maintaining product and technical related knowledge in the region, communicating and collaborating with the headquarters technical support team to ensure that the technical knowledge is complete and accurate, and improve the knowledge utilization rate of the tier 1 team.
  • Responsible for after-sales repair training and timely answering of technical questions for distributors/resellers and repair centers in the region, and improving the repair and troubleshooting capabilities of distributors/resellers and repair centers;
  • Collect TOP product problems and submit to the corresponding product team, and collaborate with the technical team to continuously promote product quality improvement and regional solution closed loop;

Job Requirements:

  • Science and engineering background (electronic information engineering major is preferred)
  • Strong stress resistance and self-learning ability
  • Knowledge of energy storage/sweeping machine/home security system/smart home industry is preferred
  • Language: English and Arabic (Mandatory).
