Position Overview
We are seeking a specialist experienced with our InfoAsset suite of products, including InfoAsset Manager and InfoAsset Planner, to join our Customer Success team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global market-leading software company in the civil and environmental engineering field.
Experience with scripting languages such as Ruby or Python is highly advantageous.
Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in utilizing the software effectively, focusing on data collection, storage, management, and presentation.
Currently, all support staff work remotely, but you may choose to be based in any Autodesk European office.
