Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Seven years of experience in coordination, business development, marketing, communications, proposal support, or a related environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation or document-production tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and review of technical solutions for new opportunities within APS Operations.
• Gather and coordinate technical inputs from project managers, engineers and SMEs to prepare proposal content.
• Serve as main technical coordination contact for Growth Enablement and ensure timely delivery of content and responses.
