Job summary

KBR in Dubai, UAE, invites a Technical Solutions Specialist to join our Asset Performance Solutions team. You will coordinate technical inputs, develop practical solutions with cross-functional groups, and support proposal readiness to meet bid requirements.

You'll collaborate with APS product lines, operations, and Growth Enablement to ensure content accuracy, timely delivery, and compelling client materials, while maintaining high standards of detail and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Seven years of experience in coordination, business development, marketing, proposals, or related environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities, stakeholders, and deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences.
• Experience with operations maintenance, engineering, construction, or professional services pursuits preferred.
• Experience with growth platforms, CRM systems, document repositories, or knowledge-management tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop practical, competitive technical solutions and delivery models meeting client requirements.
• Support execution plans, operating models, maintenance strategies, transition and mobilisation plans, staffing plans and resource estimates.
• Gather and coordinate technical inputs from project managers, operations directors, engineers and SMEs.
• Coordinate reviews to ensure technical accuracy and bid readiness before sharing content with the proposal team.
