Technical Service Engineer

We're Hiring! Application Service / Sales Engineer METSO Division | Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment | Dubai & Oman

Are you a technically skilled and results-driven professional with experience in heavy machinery Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE) is looking for an Application Service / Sales Engineer to support our METSO products in Dubai with future expansion into Oman.

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical expertise and solutions for METSO equipment with our customers
• Support customers with troubleshooting, commissioning, and after-sales service
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical training for clients
• Ensure excellent customer service by offering tailored solutions to meet their operational needs

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in heavy machinery with a strong technical background (METSO experience preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge of crushers, screens, and material processing equipment
• UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Willingness to travel between Dubai & Oman
