Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our TSS team covering the EEMEA region. This position is based in the United Arab Emirates.

The Role

The TSS discovers potential opportunities within this market and customer segments with a view to improving allegiance and sales revenue for Thermo Fisher Scientific. The TSS uncovers the customer’s curiosity about our products and drives our value proposition from sample to knowledge.

The TSS interfaces and works in close collaboration with key members such as:

  • Indirect Channel Sales team, CMD
  • Divisional marketing teams
  • BU Product Management and Marketing
  • Application support team Technical service groups (IES) within CMD
  • Shares the voice of customers with the Business Unit; supports new Product Introduction (NPI) prospects within the territory to increase adoption rates and revenue return.
  • Collaborates with country district managers and sales teams to lead sales funnel and forecast. Consults key account managers and internal partners for customer forecasts, developing strategies to achieve sales goals and metrics.
  • Uses Thermo Fisher Scientific’s sales tools to efficiently handle the accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasting in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintains awareness of competitor and industry activity; introduces new products and services as available.

How will you get here?

Education

  • or equivalent experience in Science or Business-based fields.

Experience

  • 3 – 5 confirmed years of experience working with Ion Chromatography and Sample Preparation.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Presentation skills with the competence to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
