Job summary

BeeyahTech Chemicals Industries FZE in Sharjah is recruiting a high-drive sales professional to build our market presence from scratch in the detergent and FMCG sectors across the GCC and wider MENA region. This hybrid role combines strategic hunter activity with hands-on account development and travel to meet clients, validate formulations, and close deals.

You will target formulators, contract manufacturers, and major brands, presenting our enzyme portfolio to drive performance and cost

Qualifications

• Experience selling industrial chemicals, ingredients, or enzymes to Detergent or FMCG sectors is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology or related technical field preferred.
• Must have passport, UAE driving license and UAE residency, with willingness to travel frequently across the region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new business accounts within the detergent and FMCG sectors.
• Present enzyme portfolio to clients' R&D, procurement, and technical teams to demonstrate formulation improvements and cost reductions.
• Travel extensively across UAE, GCC and broader regions to meet clients and close deals.
• Manage full sales lifecycle from technical sampling and lab trials to negotiation and long-term account management.
• Own sales forecasting and pipeline metrics to impact net profitability.

As we launch our commercial operations, we are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-drive sales professional to pioneer our growth in the formulation and detergent sectors.

The Role

This is not a traditional corporate desk job. We are seeking a hunter-mentality sales professional who thrives on autonomy and is motivated by direct financial rewards. You will be responsible for building our market presence from scratch, targeting formulators, contract manufacturers, and major brands within the detergent and household care industries across the GCC and wider MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Penetration: Identify, target, and secure new business accounts within the industrial and consumer detergent manufacturing sectors.
• Technical Value Selling: Present our enzyme portfolio to clients' R&D, procurement, and technical teams, demonstrating how our products improve formulation performance and reduce costs.
• Regional Travel: Travel extensively across the UAE, GCC, and broader regions to meet clients, audit manufacturing requirements, and close deals.
• Account Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial technical sampling and lab trials to commercial negotiation and long-term account management.
• Pipeline Ownership: Manage sales forecasting and pipeline metrics, directly impacting the company's net profitability.

Requirements

• Experience: Direct experience in selling industrial chemicals, ingredients, or enzymes to the Detergent or FMCG sector is highly advantageous.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid passport, UAE driving license, UAE residency and have total flexibility/willingness to travel frequently across the region for client facing meetings.
• Attributes: Self-starter, highly resilient, culturally aware, and commercially sharp with excellent negotiation skills.
