Introduction

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead our sales division, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships across the UAE and GCC markets. The role requires a dynamic leader with both technical expertise and proven sales management skills in weighing systems, lifting solutions, automation, and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the technical sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Support the sales team with technical knowledge, proposals, and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and key account agreements.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to refine strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs for management.
  • Mentor and train sales staff to improve performance and technical knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
