Job description

We are an established and fully integrated Pulp and Paper producer in the world. Due to our expansion plan, we are now recruiting a Technical Sales Manager for our paperboard Business Unit.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, and introduce new paperboard products to customers.
  2. Continuously follow up and provide solutions to customers’ technical issues.
  3. Develop product training programs for sales and channel partners.
  4. Attend and provide technical updates, including product training, to distributors and customers.
  5. Conduct quarterly benchmarking studies to assess correct value propositions.
  6. Communicate and promote QPC (Product Selling Points) to industry and customers.
  7. Participate in industry trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
  8. Assist and support the commercial team in identifying sustainable business strategies and developing plans to ensure sales growth and profitability.
  9. Understand the competitive landscape and define winning strategies for the product business.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in the paperboard, paper, or printing industry.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze customer issues and recommend solutions.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  5. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
  6. Proficient in English; proficiency in Arabic is required.
  7. Able to travel extensively (at least 50%).
  8. Technical knowledge in operations management and/or supply chain management.
  9. Good understanding of the MEA regional paperboard converter and printer markets.
