Job Description
Technical Responsibilities
- Product Expertise & Support
Understand the chemical composition, applications, and performance of textile chemicals and detergents.
Provide technical support to customers regarding formulations, usage, and troubleshooting. - Application Development
Collaborate with R&D and customers to develop or customize products to meet specific textile processing or detergent needs.
Run laboratory and field trials to validate product performance. - Training & Education
Conduct training sessions for sales teams and clients on product usage and best practices.
Prepare technical documents, presentations, and product manuals.
Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in textile mills, laundry services, and detergent manufacturers.
Identify customer needs and align company solutions accordingly. - Sales Strategy Execution
Set and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory or product line.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. - Market Intelligence & Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
Provide insights for product positioning, pricing strategies, and new product development.
Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
- Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of customer interactions, trials, feedback, and sales forecasts.
Report regularly to senior management on market performance and strategy. - Collaboration Across Departments
Work closely with R&D, production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer solutions. - Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies (e.g., REACH, GHS, MSDS compliance).
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of textile chemicals, detergents, and the related applications (e.g., textile processing, detergent formulations) allows the candidate to offer valuable, informed advice that directly benefits customers.
- The ability to stay up-to-date with product developments and market innovations to provide customers with the latest and most efficient solutions.
- The candidate should actively engage with customers after the sale, ensuring smooth implementation, addressing any issues, and reinforcing the value proposition.
- Proactive, results-oriented.
- Available in UAE and ready to join immediately.
