Technical Sales Manager - Fabrication and API (Oil & Gas)

Sigma Engineering Works, part of Mazrui Energy Services is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Account Manager to promote the business and expand its product portfolio to address diverse clients.

Ideal candidate must have deep understanding of fabrication and machining products and services , including their technical specifications and applications.

Location : Dubai, UAE

What You’ll Do :

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales.
  • Promote and sell fabrication products (manifolds, skids, tanks, pressure vessels) and machining services (API components, valve refurbishments).
  • Identify new clients, expand our customer base, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, and workshop) to meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends to identify opportunities and provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Develop detailed technical proposals for fabrication (manifolds, skids, tanks, pressure vessels) and machining (API components, valve refurbishments).

What We're Looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (any discipline).
  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in sales within the oil and gas sector .
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM / ERP systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Skills :

  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Market awareness to identify opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

Major Products :

  • Fabrication products : Manifolds, skids, piping and pipe spools, pressure vessels, tanks, and general fabrication.
  • Fabrication Services : Painting, coating, and testing.
  • Machining products : API 6A, 16A, 16C, 7-1, 5CT components, valve machining, BOP components, and general machining.
  • Machining Services : BOP component refurbishment, API Manifold refurbishment, testing, painting, and coating.
