ENERCON is rapidly growing its footprint across the Middle East and America. We are seeking to hire an experienced Technical Sales Manager – Waterproofing & Flooring for the ENERCON Group to support our business growth strategy. This role plays a pivotal role in the Sales and growth of the business, with high chances of professional development. This role will be responsible for meeting the sales targets and will provide technical support and guidance to clients. A few of the key day-to-day work requirements are as under;

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Conduct product and application training for applicators and contractors across UAE.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate for the Technical Sales Manager position should possess a degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline, along with at least three years of proven sales experience within the waterproofing industry. Must have proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and strong problem-solving skills. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage key initiatives. A solid understanding of the competitors and prevailing sales practices across the Middle East region is also required.

KEY REQUIRMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems (e.g., Silicone, liquid-applied, Bitumen, TPO, HDPE).

  • UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • WORKING HOURS: 9 - 6 pm
  • WORKING WEEK: Monday - Friday
