About the Job :

This is a commercially focused technical sales role within the food manufacturing sector, developing B2B accounts across the GCC with a focus on innovation and tailored product solutions.

The role is based in Dubai and reports directly to the General Manager, with a strong emphasis on driving customized offerings and fostering strategic partnerships across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business acquisition and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and technical discussions to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with customers’ R&D, procurement, and marketing teams to develop innovative, tailor-made solutions based on their requirements.
  • Develop pricing strategies in collaboration with finance and operations, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
  • Represent the business in technical discussions, product development sessions, and customer solution engineering.
  • Own the commercial performance of the industrial B2B category.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, sales forecasts, and client engagement updates.
  • Background as a food scientist, chef, or in R&D is ideal.
  • Demonstrated experience in account development and innovation within the food or dairy manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in developing tailor-made product solutions for B2B customers.
  • Ideally, someone with strong connections with bakeries, meat manufacturers, and QSRs.
  • Strong regional experience in GCC markets.
  • Must be technically strong and able to manage complex solution-selling discussions.
  • Must have strong commercial acumen.
  • Arabic speaking is a strong plus.
