Position Summary

The Technical Sales Lead [Salesforce software expert] will provide innovative solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations, with a strong customer focus and outstanding sales skills.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities
  • Analyze current sales procedures to identify inefficiencies.
  • Implement Salesforce tools to streamline processes, provide training, and optimize sales workflows, ensuring high-quality data input.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Territory Director to develop and execute sales improvement strategies.
  • Support and train the sales team on Salesforce processes to improve data quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate KPIs to measure success.
  • Document and track client inquiries, ensuring proper assignment and approval for bids.
  • Review cost estimates, technical proposals, and submit to the Sales Director.
  • Prepare technical proposals for strategic projects.
  • Coordinate with departments during bidding and prequalification stages.
  • Manage logistics, site surveys, and customer information updates.
  • Prepare reports and ensure timely communication with management.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Review technical and commercial proposals before release.
  • Assist in commercial matters and distribute inquiries within the team.
  • Escalate internal delays and assist Business Development Managers in commercial activities.
  • Monitor global tender portals for new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • BSc/MSc in Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Additional qualifications in commercial activities.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and computer skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge of ILI products and industry standards.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical and commercial tender processes, preferably in Oil & Gas sector.
  • Proven selling capabilities and understanding of organizational commercial aspects.
