Technical Sales Lead [Salesforce software expert]

Position Summary

The Technical Sales Lead [Salesforce software expert] will be responsible for providing innovative solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations, with a strong customer focus and outstanding sales skills.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities
  1. Analyze current sales procedures to identify inefficiencies.
  2. Implement Salesforce tools to streamline processes, provide training, and optimize sales workflows, ensuring high-quality data input.
  3. Collaborate with the CEO and Territory Director to develop and execute sales improvement strategies.
  4. Support and train the sales team on Salesforce processes to improve data quality.
  5. Monitor and evaluate KPIs to measure the success of sales initiatives.
  6. Document and track client inquiries, ensuring proper assignment and approval processes.
  7. Review technical proposals, prepare bids, and coordinate with relevant departments during the bidding process.
  8. Update customer information and manage sales flow, ensuring timely project transfer and reporting.
  9. Achieve sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.
  10. Assist in technical and commercial proposal review and support BDMs in commercial matters.
  11. Monitor global tender portals for new opportunities and communicate with relevant teams.
Qualifications
  • BS/MS in Engineering or equivalent with sound commercial skills; MBA preferred.
  • Experience with commercial activities and tender preparations, preferably in Oil & Gas sector.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical and commercial sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and technical knowledge of ILI products and standards.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, climb, and work in industrial environments.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to wear safety equipment and travel as needed.
