The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, and have a solid background in chemical sales with at least 5 years of experience. This role entails maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work on multiple projects are essential.
Develop, implement, and adapt a comprehensive sales plan.
Effectively penetrate the desalination and water treatment markets within the assigned territory.
Analyze customer needs and demonstrate the ROI of customer initiatives.
Maintain and develop existing customer relationships while acquiring new clients to increase revenue.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including plant or facility executives.
Provide technical support, identify and resolve customer challenges, and escalate issues as necessary.
Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
Communicate regularly with senior management regarding sales activities.
